Can I call myself a saxophone player?

Hi all, I have a question about whether or not I can say 'I play saxophone' or if I can even say 'I play a little saxophone'. I played saxophone when I was younger, and yesterday was the first time in ten years I had picked one up. Without any help or instruction I began to play and it all came so naturally, I knew how to fit the reed and use proper embouchure, and the basic notes came back to me after about 15 minutes (meaning I just glanced at a fingering chart a couple of times and I had it down). Can I still say I play saxophone, even if only a little bit? I just don't want to be pretentious and make any false claims. Thanks for your answers in advance.
I guess I should be clear that I don't own one and that I can't constantly practice it, but sometimes I can borrow one from a friend and play that for practice.

I wouldn't call you a "saxophone player", since that makes it seem like you play it all the time, as a hobby or as a job. I would say that you play the sax.
